Claytonrite Window Rubber Seal - 6mm x 2.4mm to 3.6mm (WR1544)

This product is manufactured to order with a minimum order quantity of 30 metres. The lead time for this is approximately three weeks.

Our Claytonrite glazing window rubbers are designed to hold the Perspex or glass into your boat, car or van. This section has 6mm and 2.4mm-3.6mm gaps for either your glass or panel but is universal so can be used either way around. This glazing window rubber will seal approximately -1mm. For example, you can fit a 5mm-6mm panel into the 6mm gap, but we would not recommend fitting anything thicker than 6mm as this may cause water ingress.

The web thickness between the two gaps is 8mm. This stipulates how much smaller your glass should be on all four sides in relation to the size of the hole / aperture.

You will need a filler strip (sold separately) to apply compression onto the glass and panel. It is also recommended that you bed the rubber in with a clear silicone sealant, such as S138.
