All orders for mainland UK addresses will be sent by either Royal Mail or a courier such as DHL Parcel or DPD. This is dependant on the value of the order and the weight of the parcel. Parcels sent using these delivery services are normally delivered the next working day. However, some parcels may take up to three business days depending on delays in the courier network. If you require your order urgently, please give us a call to discuss timed courier delivery options.
Adhesive, sealants and long-length products that cannot be coiled may be subjected to a higher carriage charge.

Goods that exported overseas will not need to pay UK VAT at 20%. However, they may be subject to additional customs duties, handling fees and tax calculated at the destination countries VAT rate.
