Fantastic service, the item arrived on time and in great condition. Seals + Direct are the best company I have dealt with for some time. It was a pleasure purchasing from you and your team.

Thanks very much for such quick delivery. It turned up today and looks identical to the seal I am trying to replace. Your website is very good for identifying the correct seal. I’m particularly pleased as my local double glazing company told me it was not possible to get a replacement, it was too old.

Now that's what I call excellent service. Ordered a 2 metre length of seal from you at lunch time on Friday and it arrived the very next morning via Royal Mail. Thank you very much. It's not often these days that such excellent service is provided and it's very much appreciated.

Following my recent order, I used the infil insert tool CST4335 and rubber shears CT4355 I purchased from you at the MCEA meet. Both, especially the insert fitting tool made the job so much easier and quicker. Very pleased.

With a 30 year old motor home there are always jobs to do ( or put off doing) The window insert strips have looked untidy for a while, going a bit yellow, coming away from the seal at the internal corners and becoming rather brittle. After a gentle browse in an old,2013,Seals+Direct catalog I found what I needed and a quick phone call to them gave me all the information on price and delivery. I mentioned the technique I was going to use for installation,a little touch of washing up liquid. I then received the information which really brought me up to date,I was advised to use Silicone Spray and that they now sold a "Window Cover Strip Fitting Tool" which would ease the installation process, I was also referred to a short video on the use of the tool and the installation of the strip. Couple of days later the cover strip and installation tool arrived and I told 1 Bigbird,( It's the name of the Motor Home) that she was being up graded. So for the first of three windows it was off with the catch retainers, friction stays and out with the old insert strip, just remembering to use it as a guide length for the new strip. The video just showed a quick spray of silicone and with the fitting tool the installation was completed in a flash. So following the video instructions,a quick spray of silicone, the fitting tool in the track with the new strip passing through it the tool was encouraged to proceed around the window. Now when I had tried without success for the third time I realised that the window seals in this G Reg Motor Home were in no way as soft and flexible as the new ones shown in the video. The window seals then received an extra dose of silicone and the fitting tool, without the new strip, was pushed around the window to help ease the seals,it took a couple of attempts each time with an extra dose of silicone,on a Health and Safety matter the window was propped up from outside for extra ventilation. Now with the fitting tool in the track, the new strip passing through the tool and an other spray of silicone the tool and new strip was successfully guided into place. With the retainers and friction stays fitted the window looks clean, smart with a new lease of life. Only two more windows to complete now but have to order more silicone spray. My complements must go to the staff at Seals+Direct for there informative and speedy response in these troubled times, some are working from home but still picking up calls when you phone the office. 1Bigbird is feeling rather sad and is looking forward to the times when we can all get out from home and meet again.
