This black cover strip is a decorative trim which fits into our caravan and motorhome opening window rubbers to hide the staples holding the seal onto your vehicle. It is universal trim which should fit most similar seals capable of taking a 25mm wide insert strip. This product is black but other colours, including white and grey, are available from our website.
We recommend purchasing our cover strip fitting tool to help fit the cover strip into your window rubber. This helps simplify the process of installing the trim by lifting up the lips of the rubber seal and inserting the cover strip underneath. Please click this link for video demonstrations showing how to use our tools. You will also need Silicone spray to lubricate the tool so that it easily slides around the channel.
We manufacture this product from high quality PVC which is a compound suitable for a wide range of everyday and industrial applications. This item is manufactured in 100 metre coils. For example, an order for 110 metres would be supplied as 100 metres and 10 metres.
