Rubber Square U Channels

Rubber square U channels are flexible sealing and edge protection products that have straight and perpendicular sides. These sections are manufactured from solid rubber materials that allow them to be placed inside aluminium channels, or used to protect edges on panels, equipment or other machinery. The flat base of these profiles allow for impact to be equally distributed across the entire section, offering some protection to the underlying surface.

We supply our rubber square U channels in a wide selection of sizes, designed to offer a solution to most requirements. For edge protection applications, you will need to measure the thickness of the panel to identify the best replacement product. When replacing seals in aluminium frames, you will need to measure the thickness of the glass and internal dimensions of the channel.

Rubber square U channels are manufactured from EPDM which has an excellent resistance to water and weathering. This allows these products to be used in outdoor environment’s that may be subjected to extreme weather conditions.
