Self Adhesive Expanded Neoprene Sponge Sheet

Our self adhesive expanded neoprene sponge sheet is supplied in 2 metre by 1 metre sheets in a range of thicknesses. Manufactured from expanded neoprene sponge, this product is compressible, flexible and watertight. It has an excellent resistance to UV, air and ozone, and has an operating temperature range between -40°C to +100°C.

As a water resistant sponge product, expanded neoprene sponge sheet does not absorb water so can be used for sealing applications in water-prone environments. Initially supplied in large sheets, it can be cut into intricate pieces for cushioning and sealing applications within the automotive, marine, engineering or industrial industry sectors.

Expanded neoprene sponge sheet is supplied with a self adhesive scrim backing that allows the product to be stuck to most surface materials, such as plastic, acrylic and metal. Although the scrim backing offers a level of resistance to water, we do not recommend that you use this product in environments that will have constant water immersion. We recommend that you use plain expanded neoprene and a good quality contact adhesive for applications where there is a large amount of moisture or water present.
