Plain Expanded Neoprene Sponge Sheet

Expanded neoprene sponge sheet is suppled in 1 metre sheets and is available in a range of thicknesses between 3mm and 25mm. As expanded neoprene is a closed-cell sponge, it can be reliably used to stop water ingress on boat hatches, lockers and other enclosures. This soft and compressible sponge-like material has an excellent resistance to UV, air and ozone.

It is supplied in large sheets so can be cut into smaller strips or sections. This allows you to make custom sized gaskets or manufacture other products that suit the desired application. As this product is manufactured without an adhesive backing, it will need to be bonded in place using a good quality adhesive. We recommend using a waterproof contact adhesive, such as A262, if it will come into contact with a large amount of water.
