This polyester strip is suitable for sliding windows on boats, caravans and cars that need to retain a waterproof seal. It can be bent into different U shapes depending on the internal width of your channel or window frame and thickness of your Perspex or glass. This section measures 25mm wide by 1.5mm thick.
Polyester sliding window tape allows the window to easily slide within the channel. Unlike standard U channels, this fabric allows the window to glide without friction or rubbing.
We recommended that you bed the rubber into the channel with a small amount of silicone sealant, such as S138 (sold separately) to ensure that it is held securely in place.
