Solid Neoprene Rubber Sheet

Solid Neoprene rubber sheet is 1400mm wide and available in a range of thicknesses. This black flexible rubber sheet is an ideal material for sealing and edging applications, and can be used as a cushion between two surfaces. Solid Neoprene can be easily cut with a sharp knife so can be used to make custom-sized gaskets. 

This material can be bonded to most clean and grease-free surfaces. The material and surface should be abraded and solvent wiped before using a good quality adhesive such as our Alpha Thixofic Contact Adhesive or 2 Part Waterproof Contact Adhesive to join the surfaces together. 

Neoprene is around the same hardness (70°sh) as the rubber on a car tyre and has a good general resistance to most substances. The operating temperature range is between -20°C to +80°C.
