Rubber Rounded U Channels

Rubber rounded U channels are flexible solid rubber profiles that have a rounded bottom that resembles the letter ‘U’. Despite being manufactured from solid rubber materials, these sections provide an effective solution for sealing, insulation or edge protection applications. The rounded design provides a more uniform distribution of stress, ideal for situations where flexibility and adaptability is critical.

These sections can be used for sealing Aluminium channels often used around window panes on boats and some older caravans or motorhomes. Additionally, rubber rounded U channels can provide a protective barrier against impact and abrasion. This helps prolong the life of equipment, machinery or sharp edges by offering a level of protection to the underlying surface. The majority of our rubber rounded U channels are manufactured from EPDM which has a good resistance to water and other environmental factors. This allows them to be used for indoor or outdoor edge production and sealing applications.
