This measurement refers to the height of the seal and allows you to purchase a section that will sit flush with the top edge of the frame. To identify the best replacement section, you will need to measure the height of the frame from the top of the groove.
These products are designed to be fitted into a groove in your window or door frame. This groove will need to be 5mm wide by 8mm deep. All of these sections seal a gap between 4.5mm and 7mm.

staple gun to secure it through the back to the edge of the frame.
