ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

We will acknowledge your order by e-mail.

PAYMENT

Payment is normally by credit card. We do not charge your card until the goods are ready for despatch. You may also pay by Switch, Solo, cheque or direct into our bank account. If we over charge you for goods lets us know so we can rectify this with an agreed refund. If we undercharge you, equally, let us know, we may or may not ask for the extra to make up the balance. Alterations to bills will be made within 5 days. For credit account customers out terms are strictly 30 days from month of invoice.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled up to the point of despatch. After which clearly the payment has been made, goods despatched and the contract completed. Please await delivery and contact us to return the goods in the manner detailed in the Returns section. For all stock items a 20% handling charge is made. For all items that have been specially ordered or manufactured, we will discuss the details with you.

RETURNS

Returns in effect are complaints because you as the customer are unhappy with the sale. We will treat all complaints fairly and endeavour to resolve the problem quickly. To help this process items should not be returned without contacting us first. Goods must be returned in new and unused condition. If you have to return goods that were ordered incorrectly please refer to our order cancellation policy for handling charges. All carriage costs for returned goods are to be paid by the customer. We will not refund the original cost of shipping to you. Returns have to be made within 30 days.

SHORTAGES

In the event that your order is short please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods so that we can correct the issue.

NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS

We shall not be liable to you under any circumstances for any loss or damage unless you notify us by either email or by written notice of the details of the alleged claim to our office address. (a) 7 days of the delivery of the consignment in the case of damage to all or part of a consignment or loss of part of a consignment. (b) and in all other cases (including, but not limited to, loss of the whole of a consignment) within 14 days from when the consignment was dispatched.

DELIVERY

The majority of goods are kept ex stock for quick delivery. All stock items will normally be despatched within 24 hours via either 1st class post or via next day carriers (UK mainland only). Our next day carriers will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available they will put a card through your door and you then have to contact your local depot to arrange for redelivery. A redelivery will be chargable at a cost of £6.00 + VAT. Alternatively we can ask them to leave your parcel safe (at your risk). For non-stock and special order items please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Overseas orders will be sent via the most cost effective method (we will discuss this with you prior to despatch). If there is a delay in delivery of over 4 days then we will contact you.

RECEIPTS

A VAT receipt will be forwarded with your goods. Our VAT number is GB777687453

All prices shown on this site are in GB£ and are exclusive of VAT. E&OE

ORDER QUANTITIES

All products should be ordered by the full metre, roll or length as stated by the pricing structure. We are unable to supply part quantities, unless by prior agreement. Any part lengths will be rounded up to the nearest full metre and invoiced accordingly. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have any queries.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING COSTS

Parcels up to 2KG will be sent via a Royal Mail Small Packet service. This is a non trackable service and transit times vary between 3 and 30 days (dependent on location). We reserve the right to amend your order to the correct shipping cost and will advise you when the order is processed.
