Rubber Ribbed U Channels

Rubber ribbed u channels are used to seal glass in Aluminium window channels. They are manufactured with ribbed fins that allow for some tolerance on the channel width. To identify the best replacement product, you will need to measure the internal dimensions of the channel and the thickness of your glass.

Depending on the internal width of your channel, you may need to use a polyurethane or silicone sealant to tightly hold the section in place.

We manufacture our rubber ribbed U channels from EPDM, which has a good resistance to water and chemicals. The operating temperature range is between -40°C to +120°C.
